Drop-In Support Group for Women
Create a safe space to learn, grow, and celebrate.
Join other women in a supportive and confidential environment where you can explore self-identity and personal growth. Participants will gain tools to understand themselves, develop healthy responses, build self-confidence and work on empowerment. Unique topics include budgeting, DIY gifts, guest speakers, and meal planning tips.
This group is specifically designed for new participants to join anytime, no commitment required.
New sessions begin Thursday, September 12th, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with weekly meetings thereafter. Registration is required.
In-person only, with childcare available if requested by 9 AM Tuesday prior.
