Empowering You

This program aims to create a supportive and confidential environment where you can explore self-identity, build confidence and personal growth.

This is an open group, meaning new participants are welcome any week. Registration is required.

Restore You

Meeting weekly for ten weeks. The goal is to facilitate self-awareness in a way that allows us to retain our dignity while being accountable for our life circumstances.

Women’s Support Group

The group gives women an opportunity to share their stories in a safe, supportive and confidential environment. Group members are made aware of different tactics of control, the cycle of violence, and warning signs of abuse.

Additional Service Information

We're committed to making sure that everyone who needs our services can access them without barriers, and we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.
All women, with or without dependents, who experience violence and/or abuse will be provided access to emergency shelter services, regardless of their ability, race, sexual orientation, political or religious beliefs, ethno-cultural background, First Nation, Métis, or whether they identify as two-spirited, cisgender or transgender women.
Services in English or French. Other languages or interpreters available upon request.
