ADULT 7-WEEK SUPPORT GROUP

Connect with other women who have experienced abuse in their relationship

The group gives women an opportunity to share their stories in a safe, supportive and confidential environment. Group members are made aware of different tactics of control, the cycle of violence, and warning signs of abuse. They also learn how to regain their self-esteem, how to set boundaries, and how to become assertive. The mutual support and respect of group members help each woman to become empowered to make their own decisions and take control of her life.

This is a closed group, meaning once the program starts you have only one or two weeks before they do not accept anymore participants.

Tuesdays from 6:30pm to 8:30 pm

New session Starting
January 21st to March 4th, 2024.
Then April 1st to May 13th, 2024. 

Hybrid (online or in-person) No Childcare is offered for this program
